Abstract

The health, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries have gained special relevance in Spanish regulation during the Covid-19 crisis. In particular, biotechnology played a leading role since the Royal Decree-Law 8/2020 of 17 March on extraordinary urgent social and economic measures.
