Abstract

A Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) between the EU and China is to be welcomed as it can provide a sound and stable legal framework for the investors of both sides.

It has also been hailed for lifting some barriers and restrictions and is a tool for fostering an open and fair market.
